Warehouse & Industrial Properties

Warehouses and industrial facilities need practical, well-maintained surfaces that support everyday operations. A&S Painting offers painting services for warehouse interiors, walls, ceilings, offices within industrial facilities, and exterior surfaces, depending on project requirements.

Our process

1. Site assessment & estimate: We evaluate the surfaces, access requirements, project scope, and any operational considerations.
2. Surface preparation: We address appropriate cleaning, scraping, patching, and other necessary preparation before painting.
3. Painting & application: We apply suitable coatings based on the surface, intended use, and agreed-upon specifications.
4. Final inspection: We review the completed areas and coordinate the work area's return to use according to the project plan and applicable coating requirements.

For larger facilities, we'll discuss phasing and scheduling options to help limit interruptions to your operations.
